Castillero’s Advanced Drama is bringing you Bye, Bye Birdie, the hip, rock-n-roll smash hit! The plot revolves around rock and roll superstar Conrad Birdie and the complications that arise when his agent stages a publicity stunt on The Ed Sullivan Show in which he will kiss one lucky girl from Sweet Apple, Ohio before being drafted into the army. Featured cast members include Brian Clark and Garrett Meyer as Albert, Jamie Landrum and Carly Giacinto as Rosie, and Molly Veregge and Tiani Hernandez as Kim. Leland High School Booster Club is holding its 2010 Denim 2 Diamonds fundraiser for Leland athletic programs.
The event includes dinner, dancing, auctions, and unlimited wine, beer, and other beverages. Dinner is catered from Sonoma Chicken Coop. Live music will be provided by local band and alumni Free Fahlen.

AVYSL is holding a UK International Soccer Camp during the 2010 Spring Break week.
