Mary Gray-Reeves, Bishop of the Diocese of El Camino Real, will be installing Reverend Kate Flexer as the new Rector of the Episcopal Church in Almaden. Kate will become the sixth rector in the church’s 42-year history.
Kate was selected by the church’s Vestry and approved by the Bishop in October 2010 after a nationwide search that produced numerous excellent candidates.
If you missed registration in November 2010, you still have another opportunity to register for Almaden Little League’s 2011 Baseball Season. The price is still $225 per player.

South Bay Tennis Academy is holding junior recreational tennis classes in Almaden Valley. Classes include Mini Tennis (ages 4-7), Rally Ball I (ages 8-12), and Rally Ball II (ages 8-14).
Using the new quick start format, which uses a games-based approach, players will be able to quickly learn the fundamentals of the game and rally in a fun, social environment.
