Almaden Valley Real Estate Market Update for July 17, 2012

This past week saw a jump in the number of homes put on the market in Almaden Valley. Last week we saw 56 single family homes offered for sale, while this week that number jumped up to 64. The percentage of listings under contract dropped slightly, from 54% to 48%.

It’s too soon to say if sellers are finally responding to the keen demand for homes, but buyers this week will likely be happy with the additional inventory from which to choose.
